Grate stucks. it may because link break loose or pin link falls off ; It can be also because the metal inclusions in coal grate gets stuck in or because of link hog; or caused by Slag (eagle) iron tip sinking, then gets grate stuck in. Processing method: inverted a grate to remove debris, then replace the broken link, then restarted ,.if it does not effect , then stop running and begin a detailed check.
